Nachmieter Gesucht/ Searching new tenant for a furnished apartment

Commission fee for taking the apartment is 6000 euro. You will also have all the furniture in the apartment. The rough list is the following (also see the pictures)

We are searching for a new tenant for our beautiful apartment in Köpenick preferably from July.
The apartment has 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony. We have renovated the apartment this year in a modern industrial style. Almost all of the furniture is also new.

- The bedroom has a double bed, working table, and a working chair. Plus hanger for clothes
- The living room has a sofa-bed, coffee table, dining table, and 6 chairs. Plus some design elements
- Apart from the cooker (incl stove) and sink which come from the landlord the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, high-quality coffee machine from Delonghi, milk frother, table, 2 chairs, dishes, cutlery and crockery, bin baskets and other small stuff.
- In the spacious bathroom there is a mirror, storage shelf, basket.
- In the hallway, there is a hanger and a tall bar table.
- Last but not least the apartment has a sunny balcony with lounge chairs and a table.
