Great light-flooded quiet apartment for rent for 2 weeks or optionally a little longer by arrangement.

The apartment is extremely bright, large living room, balcony, new building, beautiful, garden with use, well maintained bathroom with bathtub. 1.5 rooms.

There is still a separate baby room, but that would not be usable or with restriction (only if desired / used, you could speak). The m2 is 66 with the baby room. The available living space would then be somewhat smaller but still generous.

LAGE:
The apartment is very quiet and nicely located in quiet respectful neighborhood.
Spree and Maybach Ufer are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The access via the Treptower Park S-Bahn station is very good, parking is available.

I am in another city over the summer and therefore like to forgive my apartment to a reliable person who is respectful and good with it (that would be important to me and condition), as well as respectful to the neighbours. Non-smoking (within the apartment) would also be desirable (condition).

The apartment is really nice, the location for Berlin good (with the bike you are fast everywhere), you feel comfortable, there is plenty of light and sun all day and also a communal large urban roof terrace where you can relax in the evening, drink wine, sports.

Individuals are preferred because I cannot create enough space for 2 people for clothes etc.

Tolle lichtdurchflutete gepflegte ruhige Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für 2 Wochen oder optional etwas länger nach Absprache.

❗️1. Juni - 30. Juni oder auch länger.

Die Wohnung ist extrem hell, großes Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Neubau, schönes, Gartenmitnutzung, gepflegtes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. 1,5 Zimmer.

Es gibt noch ein separates Babyzimmer, das wäre allerdings nicht benutzbar bzw. mit Einschränkung (nur falls gewünscht / gebraucht, könnte man sprechen). Mit dem Babyzimmer beträgt die m2 66. Der verfügbare Wohnraum wäre dann etwas kleiner aber trotzdem großzügig.

LAGE:
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und nett gelegen in ruhiger respektvoller Nachbarschaft.
Spree und Maybach Ufer sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Anbindung über den S-Bahnhof Treptower Park ist sehr gut, Parkplätze vorhanden.

Ich bin über den Sommer in einer anderen Stadt und vergebe daher meine Wohnung gern an eine zuverlässige Person, die respektvoll und gut mit ihr umgeht (das wäre mir wichtig und Voraussetzung), sowie auch respektvoll den Nachbarn gegenüber ist. Nichtraucher (innerhalb der Wohnung) wäre ebenfalls wünschenswert (Bedingung).

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, die Lage für Berlin gut (mit dem Rad ist man schnell überall), man fühlt sich wohl, es gibt viel Licht und Sonne ganztags und auch eine gemeinschaftliche große urbane Dachterrasse, wo man abends ausspannen, Wein trinken, Sport machen kann.

Einzelpersonen werden bevorzugt, da ich für 2 Personen nicht so einfach genug Platz schaffen kann für Kleidung etc.
