We are subletting our cozy home in Bergmannkiez for 6 months (1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024, dates are slightly flexible).
The apartment is fully furnished. It has approximately 96 sqm over two floors and a large terrace. The bottom floor has a mid-sized kitchen with a table that seats 3, a large toilet equipped with a washing machine, a spacious hallway, and a large living room (which can be used as a bedroom or guest room). The top floor has a small sofa area, a large bedroom, and the terrace. The apartment is on the top floor of an Altbau building with no elevator. The building has a locked room for bicycle storage.
Location: Gneisenaustraße, 3 minutes walk to the U7 Gneisenaustraße and 5 minutes walk to U6/U7 Mehringdamm. Walking distance to several parks including Viktoriapark, Hasenheide, Gleisdreieck, and Tempelhofer Feld.
Cost: 1800 Eur per month (including heating, electricity, and Wifi) + 1.5 months deposit
