Die Wohnung hat 2 große (ca. 23 und 27 qm) Zimmer und ein kleines Zimmer (13qm). Die Küche (ca. 15qm - gut zum Essem mit 3-4 Pers.)ist mit einer Spüle, Arbeitsfläche aus Vollholz und einem Gasherd ausgestattet. Im Flur ist eine praktische Abstellkammer und ein kleiner Hängeboden mit Vorhang. Das Wannenbad mit Fenster hat ein großes Waschbecken, der Boden ist weiß, die Kacheln an den Wänden sind MOMA-Pink gestrichen. Die Wohnung ist von beiden Seiten lichtdurchflutet, weiter Blick zu beiden Wohnungsseiten und absolut ruhig gelegen. Im 100m-Radius ist ein BIO-Laden, ein Fahrradladen und ein Bäcker sowie das "Il Casolare" - ein toller Italiener.
Wir suchen Nachmieter zum 15.3. Unter normalen Umständen dürfte man diese Wohnung niemals hergeben, aber wir lösen die WG auf.
Besichtigungen (nach vorheriger Anmeldung) am Samstag, den 23.2. von 11-12Uhr und Sonntag, den 24.2. von 17-18h bzw. nach Vereinbarung.
