Zwischenmiete: Große Altbauwohnung in Kreuzberg mit riesiger Dachterrasse

Wir ziehen für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland und vermieten daher unsere Wohnung unter. Sie verfügt ein großes Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer, eine große Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer, zwei kleine Bäder und eine riesige Dachterrasse.

Daneben gibt es noch ein Kinderzimmer, dass wir nicht mit untervermieten, um dort unsere Sachen unterzulagern. Alternativ besteht die Möglichkeit, den Großteil des Kinderzimmers mit zu mieten, dann erhöht sich der Mietpreis entsprechend.

Außerdem gibt es einen schönen grünen Innenhof und tolle Nachbarn. Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie. Wickelkommode, Tripptrapp und Spielzeug sind vorhanden.

Im Preis ist ALLES mit inbegriffen, also auch Strom, Internet und GEZ. Wir würden die Wohnung gerne so lange wie möglich während des Zeitraums vom 07.01. bis 30.06.2024 vermieten, sind aber etwas flexibel. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

We are moving abroad for six months and are renting out our apartment. It features a large living and working room, a spacious kitchen and living area, a bedroom, a children's room, two small bathrooms, and a huge rooftop terrace.

In addition, there is also a children's room. We do not intend to sublet this room for storage purposes. Alternatively, there is the option to rent the majority of the children's room along with it, in which case the rent will increase accordingly.

Additionally, there is a beautiful green courtyard and great neighbors. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family. A changing table, a Tripp Trapp high chair, and toys are available.

The rental price includes EVERYTHING, including electricity, internet, and the public broadcasting fee (GEZ).

We prefer to sublease the apartment as long as possible during the time from January 7th to June 30th, 2024, but there is flexibility. Pets are not allowed.
