We're subletting our furnished 2-room apartment for three weeks (April 19th – May 10th). It's a 68m2 flat, on the ground floor, with a lovely terrace and park view, and was built in 2020, so everything is pretty much new. The bedroom has a big 1,80m bed and an office desk with adjustable height and an extra monitor to work comfortably from home. The living room/kitchen is the biggest room, with a modern kitchen, a dinner table, a sofa, a 65' TV, and a great sound system.
The house is very quiet and calm, and the neighbors are nice – this is also why parties are off the table.
We're subletting it for less than we pay for rent proportionate to three weeks, although it is fully furnished – that's why we're asking for a small deposit of 200€, which will be transferred back immediately after the stay.
The flat is located in the lovely center district of Kreuzberg, right next to a big park (Hasenheide park) and 10 minutes away walking from the famous retired Tempelhof Airport, which is also used as a park now. There are two supermarkets within 2-minute walking distance (Edeka & BioCompany), as well as a lot of cafes and restaurants. The next train station is also within 3-minute walking distance (Südstern, U7) or within 7-min (Hermannplatz, U8).
Dates are flexible.
