Wir verreisen von Ende Dezember bis Ende Februar und geben unsere Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum zur Untermiete frei (keine Anmeldung möglich) - ab 21./22.12 bis 28.2.24. Nach Absprache und bei Interesse ist es auch möglich, schon im Dezember einzuziehen, und in dem Monat die Wohnung für 1-1.5Woche(n) zu teilen (nur ich bin da). Unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG und ist dadurch sehr hell (Wohnzimmer gen Osten, Schlafzimmer Westen), Ausstattung ist auf den Fotos sichtbar. Komm gern vorbei und mache dir selbst einen Eindruck, und wir klären alle Fragen :)
We are on travel from end of december '23 to end of february '24 and are subletting our place for this time (no Anmeldung / registration possible)(21/22Dec-28Feb). Moving in earlier in december can also be arranged, however the flat would be on a shared basis for 7-10days with me.
Our 2-room apartmnet is situated on the 3rd floor and nicely bright (living room showing to the east, bedroom west), for the furnishing check out the photographs. If you find it suitable, just come to visit, and we can discuss further questions :)
Die nächste U-Bahn Station is 5min entfernt (U Prinzenstraße). Auf der einen Seite unseres Gebäude befindet sich eine Schule, auf der anderen ein großer Hof - keine laute Straße. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt sind alle Ecken Berlin ziemlich gut zu erreichen. Man kann am Landwehrkanal schön spazieren, ist mit dem Rad im Nu am Tempelhofer Feld oder Schlesischen Tor oder an der Museumsinsel, uswusf.
The nearest U-Bahn station is 5 min on foot (U Prinzenstraße). On one side of our building there is a school, on the other a courtyard - no noisy street. Since the apartment is centrally located, everything is within reach and easily accessible. You can walk along the canal, be at Tempelhofer Feld, Schlesisches Tor or museum island by bike within 10-15 min, ect.
Wir können die Wohnung nur rücksichtsvollen Interessenten anbieten, bevorzugt Einzelpersonen oder Paare. Partys sind absolut untersagt. Wenn du/ihr ein Händchen für Pflanzen habt oder zumindest regelmäßig gießen würdet, würde ich mich enorm freuen, da mir die Pfanzen (Balkon und in der Wohnung) sehr am Herzen liegen. Sonst können wir über alles reden, damit es für beide Seiten passt!
Bei Interesse bitte einfach schreiben und wir machen einen Termin aus, wenn eine Besichtigung gewünscht ist.

If you are fond of plants and would agree to water the ones in the flat and on the balcony I'd be extremely happy. Other than that we can talk about everything and find solutions in order for all of us to feel comfortabe!
