The competely modernized and light-flooded apartment is located in the garden house (built 1908) on the 4th floor, with a nice view towards Südstern (west) or into the green courtyard.
In total it has 69 m2 with two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Storage space in the attic and the cellar is available.
The apartment is fully furnished. It offers a fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom incl. bathtub and shower, washing machine, and dryer.
The spacious living room is a wonderful place to relax in the hammock or enjoy dinner with beautiful sunsets.
One bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200, comes with completely new matress, duvets, pillows and linen) and a well sized wardrobe. The other bedroom is equipped with a pull-out day bed (up to 160x200).
The 3-room apartment is perfectly located in Kreuzberg (within cozy Gräfekiez bordering Neukölln) and next to the park Hasenheide.
Close by are the subway stations Hermannplatz and Schönleinstraße (U7/U8) - or bus M41 (with direct connection to Berlin main station).
The apartment is in the back building and in a one-way street and offers a very quiet retreat in the middle of lively Kreuzberg/Neukölln.
In close vicinity are many restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, etc.. The Landwehrkanal/Urbanhafen and the former airport Tempelhofer Feld are also within walking distance.
