Hallo, meine Mitbewohnerin und ich werden von Mitte Februar bis Ende April unsere gesamte Wohnung untervermieten, das Auszugsdatum ist flexibel. Die Wohnung ist recht groß, hat zwei Stockwerke, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Fenserfront, eine Küche, ein Bad und eine extra Toilette. Hello everyone, my flatmate and myself are subletting our apartment from mid February until the end of April (the move out date is flexible). It‘s a very spacious and bright two floor apartment (~95m2) with two bedrooms and a very large living space (with a window front). It’s located in central Kreuzberg right next to the several UBahns and buses. Stores, doctors and a pharmacy are in walking distance and a library is located opposite the apartment. Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten in Kreuzberg, drei UBahnlinien (1, 3 und 6) sind innerhalb einer Minute zu erreichen, auch mehrere Busstationen befinden sich vor der Haustür. Geschäfte, eine Apotheke und Ärzt*innen sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Bibliothek liegt der Wohnung genau gegenüber. Ein Arm des Landwehrkanal liegt ebenfalls direkt gegenüber und bietet auch im Winter die Möglichkeit für einen schönen Spaziergang.
The apartment is located in central Kreuzberg. The U1, U3 and U6 can be reached within one minute, several busses are also right there (less than two minutes). Stores, doctors and a pharmacy are less than 10 minutes away and there‘s a library right opposite the apartment. The Landwehrkanal can be reached within a few minutes and is a lovely spot for walks, even in winter.
