I am renting my apartment from the 4th to the 21st of February.
This is a SHORT TIME offer, only for few weeks, dates are flexible (+ 2/3 days max). Please, don't contact me if you are looking for a long-term apartment. Also available for a shorter time, please contact me for pricing and more details (deposit, contracts etc...)
The apartment is in Oranienstraße, closed to U-Bahn Station Görlitzerpark (2 Min Walking) and Kottbussertor (5 Min walking), in a wonderful Kiez full of bars, restaurants galleries, shops, markets and very closed to the canal.
The apartment is at the 4th floor (without elevator), living room and sleeping room are south oriented and full of light. It is a two rooms apartment with a Durchgangzimmer, this means is ideal for single or couples because you have to cross the living room to reach the sleeping room. There is an additional sofa bed for children/third guest if needed.
The apartment is fully furnished, minimal but well-equipped, very cozy. I have some plants which will need to be watered a couple of time in my absence, would be lovely if you could help ☺️
It is not a party house. My neighbours are sensitive to noise, we have children and old people in the building so please, respect the vibe and don't bring the party home.
We will sign a regular contract with copy of ID.
