Die Wohnung liegt ruhig im Hinterhof und eine schöne Wohnung, in die man sich gut zurückziehen kann. Die Lage ist super, trotzdem kriegt man von dem Trubel draußen kaum etwas mit. Die Wohnung ist unsaniert bzw. nur teilweise saniert und hat ihre Nachteile, dafür ist sie vergleichsweise günstig. Ein weitere Nachteil: Derzeit gibt es kein Internet in der Wohnung, ich hatte das über einen Hotspot/Homespot gelöst.
Sie ist vorübergehend frei und mit dem nötigsten möbliert (Bett, Grundausstattung Küche, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Schrank etc. sind vorhanden), ich selbst werde sie voraussichtlich ab Mai wieder nutzen. Schreibt mir einfach für Fotos und weitere Details :-)
