Hello futur flatmate :))
We want to rent one room in our WG in Kreuzberg.
The rent is 700€/ month for your room.
The room itself is 20 square metres and unfurnished (we can provide a mattress)
There is NO Anmeldung !
The flat comes with a furnished kitchen with a washing machine and a gas stove. There is also a shared bathroom with a tub !
The flat is in a french/Parisian style with a very cute vibe :))
We are situated near U6 Kaiserin-Augusta Str in a quiet street (so no honking or siren blaring emergencies cars).
We are well connected to the rest of Berlin thanks to buses and subways.
There are a lot of facilities around such as Edeka, Lidl, apotheke, restaurants and gym.
