Hey :) I am looking to swap my apartment or take over a contract form someone for a smaller and cheaper apartment preferably around Neukolln but anywhere around is also great :) best around 30/55 sqm

Our apartment It's on the 4th floor of an old building in Oranienstrasse.There is a nice hof with yoga and different classes in the industrial building. The apartment has a long shape with one room looking to the front of the building and the other two to the hinterhof. Its a spacious and open layout. The middle room is an open kitchen style living room and the other two rooms are completely separated from each other (good for WG). We don't have a balcony and Keller unfortunately. The apartment is very central and has a cool vibe of an old building. We are a couple planning to travel a lot in the next two years, so we don't really need so much space and would rather have a cheaper rent and be closer to work :)
