Ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine schöne, unmöblierte 2 ZW im beliebten Wrangelkiez. Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus (EG) aber trotzdem sehr sonnig und hell.
Die Wohnung ist komplett mit aufpoliertem Schiffsparkett ausgestattet. Im Bad liegen Fliesen. Das Bad ist ein typisches Berliner Bad, also eher klein.
In der Küche ist eine Spüle und Herd vorhanden.
Es gehört ein riesengroßer Garten zur Eigennutzung dazu. Der Garten lädt zum Sonne tanken, Ausruhen oder Grillen ein.
Einzug wäre zum 1.Mai 09 bis Dezember 09, wobei auch eine Verlängerung möglich ist.
