Within walking distance to Berlin's best Supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars and nightlife. The apt is situated near the canal, the River Spree, Gorlitzer and Treptower Park...just to name a few! I am looking for a man preferrably gay and/or queer identified who is willing to rent the room for at least 6 months. The price is 350 Euros which includes rent and all the betriebskosten. The Deposit is 600 Euros. No pets please.

In der nähe von der U-Bahnstation `Schlessisches Tor`. Ausserdem ist es sehr nah am Kottbusser Tor, der Oranienstraße, der Wrangelstraße, dem Kanal, der Spree, Görlitzer und Treptower Park. Die WG befindet sich im multikulturellen Kreuzberg. Dort findest du auch tolle Läden, Cafes, Supermärkte und das tolle Nachtleben von Berlin.
Ich suche vorzugsweise einen schwulen Mann, der das Zimmer für mindestens 6 Monate mieten sollte. Die Miete beträgt inklusive Betriebskosten 350€. Die Kaution kostet 600 Euros. Haustiere gehen leider nicht.
