2 rooms rented as a pair (550,-€ per pair) in a shared flat from September

Two pairs (each pair 550,-€) of big furnished nice rooms(as can be seen in the plan marked in blue and green) are for rent for one year from September to in a shared flat consisting of four rooms, bathroom, kitchen and hall.
Each pair of rooms is furnished with two desks, one french bed, cupboards, one sofa and at least two chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refridgerator, oven, stove, cutlery, dishes, pots etc.
In the bathroom is a window, bath tub and washing machine etc.
In the hall are possibilities to put jackets and shoes.
Additional costs and internet are included in the rent. (29,-€ for electricity is included for each pair of rooms if more is used it has to be paid)

The one pair of rooms (green ones) are connected and it is necessary to pas one to get in the other.
The other pair of rooms are not connected (blue ones) but one of the rooms looks to the backyard and is a little bit dark but very quiet. Perfect for sleeping.

Please contct only if you like to rent a pair of rooms for 550,-€. Or the hole flat for 1100,-€. The rooms are not rented apart. Non smokers are favored.
