Schöne 1-Zimmer im Bergmannkiez/Studio apartment in Kreuzberg

My pretty 50m2 apartment on the ground floor (but not dark!) of a turn-of-the-(last)century building in Bergmannkiez in the western part of Kreuzberg, one of the most fashionable and convenient neighbourhoods in Berlin, is available for a total of six weeks. I will be out of town from September 3 to to October 14 and am looking for someone responsible to sublet the apartment for that time (the rent given here covers the entire six weeks). It is a studio flat with one main room, with bed, table, sofa, etc. a comfortable sized kitchen with a table to eat at and a gas stove, a big bathroom with a bathtub and unlimited properly hot and high pressure water. Highlight (in good weather!) is the terrace with afternoon sun that leads onto a little green yard. The apartment is totally quiet apart from some birds and some kids that sometimes play there in the afternoon (only in the afternoon, as they belong to an after school facility in the building). The apartment really is in a great area: Big parks (one of them a former airfield), the beautiful Landwehrkanal-river, three tube lines (U1&U6&U7, 10 minutes into the centre and right across town), multiple buses, restaurants (lots), coffee shops (lots) and stores (lots) are all in closest proximity. Appliances in the apartment include a washing machine, a dish washer and WIFI. The place has a comfortable queen size bed, plus a sofa that can sleep two. It is ideal for a single person or a couple, but if need be can sleep up to four people (all sharing a room). Viewings can be arranged anytime.
