Hey,
ich werde von ca. 15 Oktober 2011 bis 15. Januar 2012 im Ausland sein und meine Wohnung steht zur Untermiete frei.
Es handelt sich um eine 1,5 Zimmerwohnung in bester Downtownkreuzberg Lage, super zentral (5 min zum Ubahnhof Kottbussertor), liebevoll eingerichtet, umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist im Hochparterre.
Ein paar Fakten:
Eine Person: 550 €, Paar 600 €. Der Betrag ist pro Monat.
Ich werde eine Kaution nehmen und einen Untermietvertrag verfassen.
Der oben angegebene Preis ist ein komplett Preis. Darin ist enthalten, Miete, Strom, Heizkosten, Internet (wlan6000er). Telefonkosten ziehe ich dann von der Kaution ab, da aber eine Festnetzflatrate vorhanden ist, sollte bei klugem Telefonieren nicht viel herum kommen.
WICHTIG:Für Allergiker ist die Wohnung nichts, denn hier wohnt normalerweise auch eine Hundedame.
Zur Ausstattung:
Kleine süße Küche mit Waschmachine und relativ neuem Herd (Ceranfeld), kleines (saniertes) Duschbad, Wohnzimmer mit super Musikanlage und Plattenspieler, Schlafzimmer mit 140er Himmelbett.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung alles, was man braucht (Kochzubehör, Schreibwaren, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bücher, CDSammlung ect.)
Auch vorhanden ist ein süßer Citycruiser, für den ich aber einen Aufpreis von 15 € im Monat nehmen wollen würde.
Schreibt mir einfach eine Mail und erzählt mir ein bisschen etwas über euch, dann können wir ein Besichtigungstermin ausmachen.

Some Details: Wlan 6000, cerancooker, Phone, good soundsystem (vinylplayer and cd collection), cute canopy bed (perfect for couples), washingmachine, small bathroom (only shower).
The neighbourhood is super cute, central and very favored. Clubs, Bars, Subway ect.
You can also rent my small cruiser for 15 € monthly.
NO allergic persons, Doggyprincess Lui lives usually here.
