I'm subletting my apartment because I'll be out of town for 6 months. The rent would be 750€ per month, all services included (internet, phone, gas, electricity)
This apartment is just great, bright, fully equipped and nicely furnished. Bar and restaurant areas in Kreuzberg in walking distance (10min). U2, U8 and buses (M29) around the corner to get anywhere else in Berlin quickly. Take a look at the pics!
I'm looking for somebody who's willing to sublet the apartment for the entire time period assigned! If interested, send me a short email with some background info and I will usually get back to you.
