The flat is in a PERFECT location - the heart of Kreuzberg. 2 minute walk away from Görlitzer Bahnhof U Bahn station (other areas of Berlin only 10 minutes away (Mitte, Friedrichshain, Neukoln - Prenzaluer Berg 20 minutes). Within minutes you reach the infamous Görlitzer Park, shops, good restaurants, supermarkets, trendy and famous Berlin clubs and bars and concert halls. Plus: The flat is on a quite street and located in a deadly quiet apartment site.
Rent: 300 Euros although it could be negotiated. A deposit of 200 Euros and copy of passport is required to secure sublet. Deposit will be given back upon day of departure. For viewings and questions please do email me. If you are coming from abroad, I would be happy to except a scan of passport and a transfer of deposit and rent (unless you know someone in Berlin who could arrange this for you). On many occasions money has been transferred to me via western union - If so, I will cover the charge.
Rent should be paid upon exhange of keys on the 1st April. Flat will be clean, clean towels and bedsheets will be provided.
