Located on Schönleinstraße on a quiet corner between Hermannplatz and Kottbusser Tor, with Graefekiez on one side and Neukölln on the other. Small childrens park just outside the door, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. and just a couple hundred meters from the canal that runs through the city, the Maybachufer, site of the Turkish Market, as well as the famous Admiralsbrücke. This place is not far from anything and the Schönleinstr U-Bahn (U8) is a thirty-second walk from the door.
The apartment is 66.2 meters square with high ceilings, two big rooms, small kitchen, shower (no bath) and tiny toilet, literally water closet. It's on the second floor in the back house but still gets lots of sunlight with windows opening onto courtyards from both big rooms and the kitchen. We have a washing machine, small fridge, electric stove and oven. Hot water requires no advance planning.
This flat is very pleasant and convenient. Perfect size/price for a couple, can also work as two separate bedrooms. Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions.
There are about ten different food shops within a few hundred meters and as many apothekes. The building is really 30 seconds walk to the U8 Schönleinstr. And it's a three-minute walk to the Maybachufer Turkische Markt for fresh food which happens every Tuesday and Friday.
No pets, no smoking.
