da ich im Ausland gehe, möchte ich ab 16 Januar 2014 bis 19. Febuar 2014 jemanden für meine Wohnung finden. Die Wohnung ist ca. 50 m², vollmobliert. Am besten solltest du es besichtigen.
Ich möchte das Zimmer einem respektvoll Mensch zu lassen. Gefällt mir auch die Wohnung sauber zu halten.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Bergermannstr. Kietz und 10 min. Fußweg von Mehringdamm Supermarkt, Spätkauf, Cafés, Bars und Clubs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es kostet 600 € für 36 Tage (alles inklusive: internet, strom, wasser, usw...)

I'm going to leave Germany for a month, therefore would like to sublease my apartment from Jan. 16th. to Feb. 19th. The apartment is about 50 m², fully furnished.
I don't want to have crazy party at home and prefer to find someone who stays here quietly and is able to keep the apartment clean.
The location of the apartment is right in the center of Kreuzberg, about 3 minutes from U7, 10 minutes from Mehringdamm, shopping center and supermarkets. There are dozens of restaurants, cafes and bars outside of the building, yet the apartment is very quiet in the night.
The rent will be € 600, including all the costs(internet, electricity, water, etc.)
