ich vermiete im Februar meine schöne Wohnung in Kreuzberg.
Meine gemütliche 2- Zimmerwohnung mit Wohnküche und Wannenbad hat ein Schlafzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer. Sie liegt im Seitenflügel, aus dem Fenster sieht man in den schönen Innenhof. Deswegen ist die Wohnung trotz der Lage angenehm ruhig. Sie liegt zwischen Bergmannkiez und Oranienstraße. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal, da die U Bahnhaltestelle Prinzenstraße nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist zum Halleschen Tor braucht man ca. 8 Minuten. Zu Fuß kommt man auch zur Haltestelle Moritzplatz.
Wenn man nicht zum schlemmen in die Markthalle am Marheinekeplatz gehen möchte, ist ein Netto direkt an der U Bahn Prinzenstraße. Ansonsten sind sowohl Cafes, Bars, Restaurants und Clubs von hier aus gut und einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zum Spazierengehen bietet sich der Kanal an, der nur ein paar Minuten entfernt ist.
Optimal ist die Wohnung für eine Einzelperson oder ein Pärchen geeignet.

I have a 2 room flat for hire in February. It is a nice and cozy Flat in Kreuzberg. There is a bedroom and a room for work. It is between Oranienstraße and Bergmannkiez but even though it is calm. The U1 and U8 is close and you have a Supermarked nearby as well.
The flat is perfect for one person or a couple.
