Hallo allerseits,
ich suche zum 1.9.2013 einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau und hat vom Flur abgehend 2 große Zimmer (eines ist ein Durchgangszimmer), eine schöne Küche in der man sitzen kann und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Das Haus ist ruhig und angenehm. Zur Miete müsst ihr noch die Kosten für die Gasetagenheizung dazurechnen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Man ist in 3 Minuten am den U-Bahnhof Hallesches Tor und in 5 Minuten an der Möckernbrücke. Außerdem ist auch der Anhalter Bahnhof zu Fuß in 8 Minuten und mit dem Bus in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Man kommt also überall sehr schnell hin.
Außerdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.
