between december 16th and January 16th, our beautiful flat in Berlin is for rent.
The flat is freshly renovated and includes three rooms on 85 sqm, from which two are for rent. If wanted the third, unfurnished room can also be rent and a shorter rental period can be agreed upon.
Furthermore the flat offers:
-a huge open living/kitchen space with an island ( dishwasher, big refrigerator and freezer, induction stove and oven)
-a big bedroom with a balcony and view on the park
- a daylight bathroom with a tub and a washing mashine
- television, Wifi and a landline phone
- bike parking in the yard
- good parking and access to public transportation
Price for the entire period is: 700€ with everything included.
