I am working in London for a few months and I would like to sublet my flat in Berlin.
The flat is furnished, 62 sqm big with white walls and high ceilling.
It is perfect for a couple. No WG (shared flat) as there is just one bedroom and the other room is a lounge.
The bedroom has a double bed, a desk, shelves, a rug and shelving units.
The Lounge features 4 couch elements, a coffe table and shelving units.
5both rooms are about 21 sqm.
The bathroom has a bathtube with big showerhead, shelves, a washing machine and a large mirror.
The kitchen has almost everything you need. (there is no dishwascher or microwave though)
Telephone and High Speed Wifi internet are included.
The Flat is in Kreuzberg at the Neukölln border.
The area is called Graefekiez (maybe you heard about it..)
2 mins walk to the tube station (U8)
15 mins tube to Alexander Platz
5 mins walk to the canal and its famous Admirals Brücke for exemple
1 station down from Kottbusser Tor (U8 and U1)
1 station up from Hermann Platz (U8 and U7)
It is SUPER convenient.
I have been living in this flat for almost 4 years and
the neighbours are nice and tolerant and I'd like to keep it like that, so the only thing I'm asking for is to respect them by behaving as you would at your own place...
