Die Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geeignet für eine WG. Das Bad ist gefliest, beide Zimmer und Flur haben Dielen. Eines der beiden Zimmer hat Stuck, beide Zimmer haben alte wunderschöne Flügeltüren. Zudem sind alle Nachbarn sehr nett.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Wrangelkiez, der sich durch viele Cafés und Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen auszeichnet. Zudem sind der Görlitzer Park sowie der Landwehrkanal nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die U-Bahn ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
Ich möchte meine derzeitige Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung gegen eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung in Kreuzberg tauschen. Die Wohnung sollte nicht teurer als 450 € warm sein. Bitte nur bei möglichem Tauschangebot melden. Vielen Dank.
