We are moving and would like to sublet our flat for 2 months - August & September - until our lease ends.
The flat is located in the beautiful "Kreuzberg 61" area, a few steps away from Viktoriapark, close to Bergmannkiez & Mehringdamm. And to the west, Mansteinstr. food market, Crellerkiez and the Hauptstrasse. Easy access to U- and S-bahn Yorkstrasse with quick and direct links to Potsdamer Platz, Friederichstr. etc, and Wannsee and the lakes to the south.
It is a newly renovated 2-room Altbau flat, about 70m2, hardwood floors, with an antique ceramic fireplace in the living room (non-functioning). The flat is on the first floor of a quiet inner hof with windows overlooking a beautifully planted garden courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances: dishwasher, fridge, and glass-top stove.
The flat will be semi-furnished, including washing machine and internet. A stay for the duration of the sublet until the end of September is preferred. Rent will be pro-rated for August.
