Do you wanna spend the holidays and new years eve in the beautiful city of Berlin?
I want to sublet my apartment between 23/12/2014 and 08/01/2015.
The apartment (60 sq m) is well equipped and has everything you need for you nice stay in this wonderful city:
A living room, a bedroom with double bed(bunk bed), a small but nice kitchen and a small bathroom.
I would like to sublet the apartment to a couple or to two people. But actually up to four people can find a place to sleep here. Unless you do not mind sleeping on a sofa.
In the living room there is a sofa bed.
The apartment is located in the vivid Kreuzberg, near the border with Neukölln.
If you ask me: the best neighborhood of Berlin!
Several bars , pubs , restaurants , cafes, vintage shops and clubs are located in walking distance.
The apartment is also perfectly connected to public transport :
Two lines of the Berlin U -Bahn (U8 , U7 ) and several bus lines are leaving in front of the house.
One sentence about Sylvester: I won´t accept that you´ll throw a party in the flat but it is defenetly the perfect spot to start going out from in the night of the nights!
The price for two people is 350 Euro.
