Alle Zimmer haben ein Arbeitstisch, Kleiderschrank, usw.
Wir koennen auch die Zimmer so arrangieren, dass ein ein Esszimmer wird.
Die Wohnung an sich ist auch sehr hell fuer eine 1.OG wohnung und gibt ein schoenes Gefuehl.
Das Bad ist rieisig und die Kueche eine normale Groesse fuer bis zu 3 Menschen.

The apartment is 85sqm with a beautiful wooden floor and is available between the 05.01.15 and 02.03.15!
2 room are 21sqm and 1 room is 12sqm.
Room 1 has a double bed mattress and a double bed sofa
Room 2 has a double bed
Room 3 has a double bed sofa.
All rooms have a desk, a cupboard, etc.
And if you want, we can arrange it so that one room becomes a dining room, but up to you!
The apartment is also quite light, despite being on the 1st floor.
And the bathroom is huge, whereas the kitchen is a normal size for 3 people.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Eisenbahnstrasse in dem Wrangelkiez in Kreuzberg.
Der Wrangelkiez ist berühmt aus einem Gegend für coole Bars, Geschäfte und interessante Geschichte.
z.b. markthalle IX, Lausitzer Platz, Goerlitzer Park, Schlesischestrasse
Der Spree ist auch um die Ecke (man kann es von dem Fenster sehen!) und die coole Markthalle IX befindet sich auch auf der Eisenbahnstrasse.
Verkehrsmöglichkeiten sind auch super: die U1 mit den Goerlitzer Bahnhof oder Schlesisches Tor sind um die Ecke.
Ein Bus, 245 ist direkt vor dem Haus an der Koepenickerstrasse und der Ostbahnhof ist nur 15 Minuten zu fuss!

The apartment is on Eisenbahnstrasse in the Wrangelkiez in Kreuzberg.
THe Wrangelkiez has a lot of cool bars, shops and a very interesting history.
e.g. markthalle IX, Lausitzer Platz, Goerlitzer Park, Schlesischestrasse
You can also see the river from my window and go walking along it or the canals, as they are within 10 minutes walk. IN addition to this, the area is the Vegan epicenter in Berlin with the Markthalle IX a particularly cool place, the turkish market on the maybachufer 15 minutes walk away and an ALDI / LIDL 3 minutes walk.
Getting around is also easy, as the U1 is close by. THe apartment is exactly halfway between Goerlitzer Bahnhof and Schlesisches Tor.
The Bus number 245 is right outside and Ostbhanhof is a mere 15 minute walk.
Die Wohung ist ein NICHTRAUCHER Wohnung und deswegen bevorzugen wir Nichtraucher.
Keine Tiere sind erlaubt in der Wohnung.
