Die Whg ist 66 qm groß, hat 2 gleich große Zimmer und eine geräumige Küche mit Einbauküche. Die Whg hat eine Dachterrasse Richtung Süden, Parkett, Bad mit Badewanne und einen trockenen Keller. Bei einem neuen Mietvertragsabschluss wird die Warmmiete (ohne Strom und Gas) 730 Euro betragen.
Wir suchen stattdessen eine 4-Zi-Whg ab 90 qm, maximal 1100 Warmmiete.
Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten vom U-Bhf Schlesisches Tor entfernt.
