Hallo zusammen,
da ich jetzt im August für 2 1/2 Wochen verreise, vermiete ich meine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im schönsten Teil von Kreuzberg. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, hat einen schönen Dielenboden und ein sehr großes helles, komplett gefliestes Bad mit Badewanne. In einem der Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Fernseher. Das Ess-/Wohnzimmer ist mit Esstisch und Couch ausgestattet, die auch als Schlafcouch genutzt werden kann. Wlan ist selbstverständlich auch dabei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock, sie ist also den ganzen Tag hell.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im besten Teil von Kreuzberg, nähe Dieffenbach- und Graefekiez und nah zu Neukölln / Kreuzkölln / Weserstr. Der Ubhf Schönleinstr ist drei Gehminuten entfernt, Ubhf Hermannplatz zehn Minuten und der M41 Bus fährt fast direkt vor der Tür.
Rechts und links aus der Haustür wimmelt es von schönen Bars und Cafés in Berlins "Up-and-Coming Neighbourhood". Da sich die Wohnung im Hinterhaus und in einer kleinen Straße befindet, ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Miete muss im Voraus gezahlt werden.
