Die schöne und ruhige 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, die im 1. Stock im Hinterhaus liegt, kann als Pärchen / Familie oder als WG zur Zwischenmiete tage- bzw. wochenweise genutzt werden. Es gibt zwei sehr große Zimmer (ca. 23m² und 22m²) und ein kleines (ca. 8m²). Im Bad sind Dusche und Wanne, in der Küche gibt es eine Einbauküche mit Herd, Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung ist ohne Möbel!!! Es gibt 2 Einzelmatratzen und Stühle.
Die schöne Wohnung liegt mitten im beliebten Graefekiez. Dort kann man es sich nicht nur in zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen gut gehen lassen, man kann auch einige spezielle und extravagante Läden zum Shoppen finden. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Schönleinstraße (U8) ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Aber auch Hermannplatz (U7) und Kottbusser Tor (U1) sind in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Landwehrkanal lädt zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Sonnen ein. Supermärkte gibt es zahlreiche.
Die Wohnung wird zur Zwischenmiete vom 11.07.2015 bis 03.08.2015 angeboten.
