Meine schöne Wohnung ist von den 01.06.2016 bis den 01.06.2017 frei (die Datums sind flexibel). Die Wohnung ist möbliert, Waschmaschine und Spulmaschine sind vorhanden. 5 min. vom Moritzplatz und Prinzenstrasse U-Bahne. 10 min. zu Fuß vom Kanal. Die Lage ist klasse und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich!
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon, ein etwa kleineres Schlafzimmer, ein Esszimmer / Küche (voll ausgestattet) und Bad. W-Lan und TV sind da. Kaution: 700,00 Euros.

Hello everyone!
I am renting my apartment from the 1st of June 2016 until the 1st of june 2017 (dates are quite flexible), in Kreuzberg. The apartment is located right next to the stations of Moritzplatz (U8) and Prinzenstrasse (U1 oder U12?).
There is one big living room and one cosy bedroom. There is also a kitchen full equipped and with a table. A bathroom with tub. Everything is there for you to use, like all the kitchen equipment, the washing machine, the dishwasher, hair dryer, towel, TV, .etc. That's why the deposit of 800,00 euros.
Free hi-speed wifi too!
No pets please!

In der Lobeckstrasse. Super gut verbunden mit U-Bahn Haltestellen von Moritzplatz und Prinzenstrasse. Zehn min zu Fuß vom Kottbussertor und Landwehrkanal. Super zentral.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut gepflegete, sollte auch so behandelt werden.
BITTE NUR NICHTRAUCHER (auf dem Balkon ist ok) UND KEINE PARTIES !!!
Die Wohnung ist mit schnellem Internet und einem Festnetztelefon mit deutscher Festnetzflat ausgestattet.
Erreichbar bin ich über E-Mails, die ich schnellstmöglich beantworte.
