I'm renting my apartment in Kreuzberg for approx. 5 months.
The flat is situated in Kreuzberg 10963, between Yorckstrasse and Kreuzbergstrasse, located in a rear house.
The apartment was painted two weeks ago; part furnished, there is a sofa-bed, a table, a garderobe, bookcase, fridge, washing machine, kitchen and accessories; bathroom, windows and parquet are in good conditions.
Das Haus ist vor 5 Jahren renoviert worden und liegt zwischen Yorkstraße und Kreuzbergstraße. Beide Haltestelle U Mehringdamm und S+U Yorckstrasse sind 5-7 Minuten entfernt.
Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, Viktoriapark sowie das neue Park am Gleisdreieck kann man in wenigen Minuten erreichen.
Die nähe Bergmannstraße bietet viele und verschiedene Restauranten, Imbisse, Supermärkte, Spätkäufe und viel mehr.

Both Ubahn Mehringdamm and Sbahn+Ubahn Yorckstrasse are 5-7 minutes away.
The area is pretty, quite and surrounded by two ubran parks: the brand new Park am Gleisdreieck and the famous Viktoriapark.
Just 500 meters away, Bergmannstrasse offers a variety of restaurants, interesting shops and supermarkets.
Fahrradparkmöglichkeit besteht im Hof, ein trockener Keller ist vorhanden und nutzbar. Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig.
