Ich biete meine schöne 1. Zi. Altbau-Wohnung (37qm) im Hinterhof, 4. Etage mit hohen Decken, Stuck, Dielenboden, EBK und integrierter Hochbett-Etage zum Tausch an. Die Warmmiete beträgt 450 EUR und wird sich erst in zwei Jahren gering erhöhen. (Staffelmiete) Die Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt und die Hausverwaltung ist wirklich toll!
Die Wohnung liegt in der Urbanstr. auf Höhe Gräfestr. Die Bushaltestelle der Linie M41 befindet sich nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt und bis zur U8 - Schönleinstraße läuft man nur ca. 6-7 Minuten bzw. zum Hermannplatz 8 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedenste Restaurants/Cafés liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Angrenzend zum Gräfekiez.
Da meine Freundin und ich zusammen ziehen, suchen wir eine 2 bis 3 Zi. Altbau-Wohnung in Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Treptow oder F'hain.
Die Warmmiete sollte bei max. 900 EUR liegen.
