Die Wohnung hat eigentlich 3 Zimmer. Das dritte Zimmer wurde jedoch mit der Küche verbunden, um einen hellen Wohn-/Essbereich zu erschaffen. Deshalb habe ich das als halbes Zimmer angegeben. Hinzu kommen ein großes Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Einbauküche, Badezimmer mit Dusche + Wannenbad.
Die Wohnung hat nach vorne heraus einen sehr weiten freien Blicken und ist dadurch sehr hell. Nach hinten heraus geht sie nach Südwesten und hat direkte Sonneneinstrahlung. Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock Vorderhaus eines sehr schönen Altbaus aus dem Jahr 1898.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (siehe Foto). Kleidung etc. wird natürlich noch ausgeräumt.

Das Haus steht quasi im Park (Hasenheide). Der U-Bahnhof Hermannplatz ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In den Gräfekiez und die Weserstraße braucht man jeweils ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar.
