Ich möchte meine wunderschöne 2- Zimmer Wohnung (circa 56m²) den Sommer über (01.05.-31.08.) vermieten und suche eine oder zwei zuverlässige Personen, die sich in meiner Wohnung wohlfühlen können. Die Wohnung ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und dadurch den ganzen Tag sehr hell. Sie befindet sich im Seitenflügel und ist daher sehr leise, meine Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr umgänglich.
Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette-Wohnung 4.-5.Etage. Unten befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit einer Futon Matraze 140cm breit, oben ist ein großzügiger Raum mit Einbauküche (inkl. Spülmaschine und Elektroherd). Es gibt einen WLAN Anschluss. Das Sofa im oberen Stock ist ein hochwertiges Schlafsofa für eventuelle Besucher daher Bestens geeignet.
Im Hof und im Hinterhaus gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Vor dem Haus sind diverse Parkplätze in der ganzen Straße.
Der U7- Bhf Südstern ist von hier aus fußläufig erreichbar in 5 Minuten. Neben der Haltestelle gibt es eine Einkaufmöglichkeit (Edeka), weitere 200m entfernt ist eine Bio Company. Der Körtekiez hält jeden Samstag einen Wochenmarkt mit diversen Leckereien bereit (Bäckereien, Feinkost, Blumen, Käse, Burger, Naturprodukte). Ansonsten gibt es in der Körtestraße diverse Restaurants und Bars...

I´m offering my beautiful 2-room apartment (about 56m²) during the summer (01.05.-31.08.) for rent. I´m looking for one or two reliable persons who can feel at home in my cosy rooms. The apartment is south facing and thereby the whole day very bright. It is located in the wing and is therefore very quiet, my neighbors are also very treatable.
It is a maisonette apartment 4th-5th floor. Downstairs is the bedroom with a futon mattress 140cm wide, the top is a generous room with fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher and electric stove). The sofa upstairs is a high quality sofa with sleeping opportunity for any visitor. There is Wifi.
In the courtyard and in the back of the house there are parking facilities for bicycles. In front of the house there are several parking lots around the street.
The U7-Bhf Südstern is in a walking distance of 5 minutes. Next to the metro stop, there is a supermarket (Edeka) and a Bio Company. Every Saturday there is a market with various delicacies offered (bakeries, delicious food and drinks, flowers, cheese, burger, natural products...). Moreover, there are several restaurants and bars nearby.
