Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert. Da die umliegenden Gebäude alle nicht so viele Vitamine bekommen haben, gibt es einen großartigen Blick auf die Innenstadt gen Westen. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen großen Schrank, von dessen Platz ich dir allerdings nicht alles zur Verfügung stellen kann, aber genug und das ließe auch noch verhandeln.
Das Fenster geht zum sehr ruhigen Hof und da darüber niemand mehr wohnt, kann einem auch keiner auf dem Kopf rumtrampeln.
Vom großen Zimmer aus gehts zum großen Balkon. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl :)
Die Miete beinhaltet Strom, Internet, GEZ und Nebenkosten. Heizung ist so eingerechnet, dass sich bei normalem Verbrauch nichts am Preis ändert - bei geringem Verbrauch gibts was zurück, bei hohem muss nachgezahlt werden.

The apartment is fully furnished. It got a beautiful view since it's the highest building around. The room contains a wardrobe which is partially occupied, partially for use.
The big room, kitchen and sleeping room are facing the backyard. Also this is the top floor, so it's generally very quite and there is a lift.
Rent includes cost for internet, heating as well as electricity and water. Though depending on your heating consumption you get some money back or have to pay on top.
Zwei Minuten zum Bus, 7 zur U-Bahn, Supermarkt ist ein paar Häuser weiter in der legendären Markthalle IX, in der jeden Donnerstag Street-Food-Market stattfindet. Jede Menge kleine Läden und Restaurants im Kiez, eine super Joggingstrecke und Bars bis zum Abwinken.
Sonst muss man ja zu Kreuzberg nicht so sehr viel sagen. Die Oranien- und Wrangelstraße sind nebenan und bis zum Bethanien, dem Görlitzer Park oder der Spree ist auch nicht weit.

Public transport is very close, also grocery with a fancy food market every thurthday. Small shops and bars in abundance, a spendid running course through connecting parks.
Jemand wird hin und wieder vorbeikommen, um die Blumen zu gießen und Post zu checken. Bei Schwierigkeiten wäre sie der Kontakt.
