Gemütliche & charmante Wohnung im Herzen vom Bergmannskiez

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Von dem belebten Kiez bekommt man gar nichts mit.
Alle Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und daher wäre es lieb, wenn du auch Rücksicht auf sie nehmen könntest.
Ansonsten kannst und sollst du dich wie zu Hause fühlen.

Der Kiez:
Es ist wahrscheinlich einer der schönsten Kieze in Kreuzberg und Berlin, mit vielen Restaurants, Café’s, Bar’s, kleinen Shop’s und vielen Supermärkten.
Hier gibt es Alnatura, Bio Company, Veganz, Netto, Kaiser’s, Marheineke Markthalle und der DM-Drogeriemarkt sind alle direkt um die Ecke.
Das Flughafengelände Tempelhof und der Viktoriapark, mit seinem Wasserfall sind auch nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Die U-Bahnstation Mehringdamm (U6 & U7) ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt auch eine direkte Busverbindung zum Alexanderplatz, Ku-Damm, Nollendorfplatz, Ostbahnhof und Kottbusser Tor. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du auch gerne mein Fahrrad benutzen.

Sonstiges:
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, aber falls du allergisch gegen Katzenhaare bist, dann wird die Wohnung wahrscheinlich nichts für dich sein. Hier wohnt nämlich auch ein Kater, der aber in dem Zeitraum, in dem du die Wohnung hast, nicht da sein wird.

The apartment is very cozy and quiet. From the vivid area you don’t hear anything at all.
All neighbors are very friendly and that’s why it would be nice if u take care of the nice atmosphere in the house as well.
Besides that you really should feel at home. Mi casa es su casa!

The Area:
It is probably one of the nicest area’s in Kreuzberg and Berlin in general. Lots of very good restaurants, café’s, bar’s,shops and supermarkets.
Just around the corner are Alnatura, Bio Company, Veganz, Netto, Kaiser’s, Marheineke market hall and a DM drugstore.
The old Airport Tempelhof and the Viktoria Park with its beautiful waterfall are also very close.
The Metro station Mehringdamm (U6 & U7) is five minutes far away.
You also have a very good bus connection from here. Busses go directly to Alexanderplatz, Ku-Damm, Nollendorfplatz, Ostbahnhof and Kottbusser Tor and if u want you can use my bicycle as well.

What else should you know:
The apartment is very clean but if you are allergic to cats you should know that usually a cat is also living in this flat. During your stay of course not.
