Ich vermiete meine gemütliche Berliner Zweizimmer-Wohnung von Mitte Februar bis Mitte Mai unter. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, inclusive allem, was man so zum Leben braucht – von Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, über Küchengeräte (z.B. Mixer, Sodastream, Waffeleisen), Fernseher, bis Schlafcouch (für 2 Personen). Sie besteht aus Wohnzimmer mit Südbalkon, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne und Küche.
Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, Strom, Wifi, Fahrradnutzung. Bitte nur kontaktieren, falls du in Interesse hast, die Wohnung von 15.2. bis 14.5. zu mieten. Leider steht sie zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt nicht zur Verfügung. Bei allen anderen Fragen, kannst du dich natürlich gerne bei mir melden.
ENGLISH VERSION
I am subletting my cozy Berlin apartment for three months since I will be traveling from February to May 2017. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need, including washing machine, dish washer, all necessary kitchen appliances (e.g. blender, sodastream, waffle maker), TV, a sofa bed (for 2 people) etc. It has a living room with balcony (towards South - very sunny!), a bedroom, bathroom (with bathtub) and kitchen.
The rent includes all utilities, wifi, bike.
Please only contact me if you are interested in the place from 15 February until 14 May (I will not sublet the apartment during another time), but feel free to write me if you have questions or need further details.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, die U-Bahnstation Kotbusser Tor ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt (U1 und U8), auch der Bus M29 ist nu rein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Kiez ist voller Restaurants, Bars, Cafes und Clubs. Der Landwehrkanal mit Wochenmarkt ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Falls Interesse besteht, kann mein Fahrrad während der Miete benutzt werden.
ENGLISH VERSION
The apartment is located very conveniently, with the subway station only 5 minutes away. You have access here to two very important lines (U1, U8) that will bring you almost everywhere in Berlin. Bus line M29 is also only a 5 minute walk away. If you are interested, you may also use my bike. There are numerous supermarkets (Turkish, organic, discounters).
You will find a lot of nice restaurants, bars, cafes and clubs in the neighborhood. The Landwehrkanal, a small river with a nice flea and farmers market on the riverside is also only a couple of minutes away. Kreuzberg is very international, with a big Turkish community and many international expats.
