Da ich für einige Monate ins Ausland gehe, suche ich für den Zeitraum vom 23.2. bis 27.7.17 einen Mieter für meine tolle Wohnung direkt am Landwehrkanal.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Altbau und glänzt mit wunderschönen Dielen und Stuck. Sie verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer mit altem Kachelofen, eine neue vollausgestattete offene Küche mit Induktionsherd und Spülmaschine, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und einen ca. 10qm großen Balkon mit Süd-West-Ausrichtung.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung samt aller Möbel und suche deshalb einen ruhigen und ordentlichen Nicht-Raucher, der die Wohnung genauso schätzt wie ich und gut auf sie aufpasst.

I'm renting out my lovely apartment for the duration of my internship (Feb.23th - July 27th 2017).
It is located right next to the famous "Landwehrkanal" in Kreuzberg and endowed with beautiful old floorboards and stucco. The flat has a big living room with an old chimney, a brand new kitchen with a induction stove and a dishwasher, a cozy bedroom and a big balcony (about 10sqm).
I'm renting out the place with all of its' furniture, therefore I'm looking for a quiet and tidy non-smoker who will take good care of it.

Lagetechnisch geht es kaum besser - die Wohnung liegt am Planufer, einer der schönsten Straßen Berlins. Auf der einen Seite liegt der Landwehrkanal, auf der anderen reihen sich tolle Altbauten. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist deshalb super ruhig, im Sommer kann man sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Am Planufer erwarten dich einige Restaurants wie zB. das Il Casolare mit wahnsinnig guter Pizza, auf der anderen Seite des Ufers zB. Cocolo Ramen, Horvarth und andere grandiose Restaurants. Auch an Bars fehlt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung garantiert nicht, der Fuchsbau und die Ankerklause sind zB. in nur 2-3 min erreichbar. Außerdem findet Dienstags und Freitags in ca. 150m Entfernung ein großer Wochenmarkt statt.
Supermärkte wie Edeka, Bio Company, Lidl und Netto sind zudem nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Die U Schönleinstraße (U8) ist fußläufig in 4min, U Kottbusser Tor (U1) in 6min erreichbar.

The apartment is located in one of Berlins' most beautiful streets, a canal on one side, beautiful old buildings on the other. The flat is situated in the rear house, therefore it's super quiet - you can even sleep with your windows open during summer!
In Planufer street you will find e.g. "Il Casolare" (superb Pizza place) and other good restaurants, in its' immediate proximity across the canal e.g. Cocolo Ramen (best japanese ramen outside japan), Horvarth and many others.
The next couple of bars are only about 2 min. away, and some of Kreuzbergs' and Neuköllns famous bars are right around the corner. Also there is a farmers market every tuesdays and fridays, which is only about 150m away.
Supermarkets like Edeka, Lidl, Bio Company and Netto are also only a few minutes by foot.
Public transport (U8 Schönleinstraße and U1 Kottbusser Tor) are reached within 4 and 6 minutes by foot.
Die "sonstigen Kosten" könnten sich eventuell noch etwas ändern, da ich die Wohnung mit Putzfrau vermieten werde und mit dieser noch über den Preis reden muss (allerdings auf keinen Fall mehr als +/- 10€!).

The "further costs" may vary a bit - I still have to talk to the cleaning lady, whose tasks will be included in the price (But for sure no more than +/- 10€!).
