This is a lovely, sunny flat and fully equipped with all the kitchen stuff + furniture.
Has a washing machine. The flat is in the interhouse, so its very quiet. It has living room and open plan kitchen, the bedroom is separate.
The rent 1155 is warm, wifi ..all bills included. 1 month rent deposit paid upfront (1155).
Ideal for a couple or a single person. Minimum stay is 6 month. Extension is on request. You can register at the flat.
Move in date 1st of august 2017.
Flat is located on a bergmannstr which is full of lovely cafes, shops. Edeka and Netto 2 min away. Big food market is 3 min away also. Parks are nearby as well. Its a lovely area and worth paying for.
Lots of buses around and nearest station is U7 Gneisenaustrasse (5 min away by walking).
The landlord asks for proof that you are able to pay for the apartment most importantly. You will be dealing with him regarding the paperwork if you would want to take the flat. He also speaks german! One of us also speaks a bit of german, so you can write in both languages :)
