900 ,- inklusive NK, Strom, Internet - tutti completti
Du kannst aber auch ein einzelnes Zimmer für 400,- (inklusive Nebenkosten) mieten.
(Wir zahlen übrigens 1470 ,- pro Monat komplett mit NK)
Die Wohnung hat grosse Fenster, extrem hohe Decken (über 4 m) und ist komplett möbliert. 2 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten, eine Zusatzmatratze, ein Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bettzeug, Bezüge, Handtücher sind vorhanden. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse mit Hollywoodschaukel :-). Ansonsten Badewanne, Hängematte und Internet.
Die Cuvrystrasse (Ecke Görlitzer Strasse) liegt direkt am Görlitzer Park, Wrangelstrasse, Landwehrkanal, Treptower Park mit dem Rad 5 min, U Bahnhof Schlesisches Tor und nah zur U/S-Banhhof Warschauer Strasse. Trotz der tollen Lage im Wrangekl-Kiez ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Es gibt kaum Durchgangsverkehr, sodass man nachts auch gut nach Vorne raus schlafen kann.
Die Wohnung hat 100 m2 und insgesamt 4 Zimmer, plus Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, separates WC.
Wir suchen jemanden, der für den der gesamte Zeitraum passt. Etwas kürzer geht auch. Super gerne eine Familie.

Whole specious flat ("Altbau") between 13th of July until 8th of August for subletting at Kreuzberg, Wrangel Kiez.
900,- in total including extra costs, electricity, internet
You can also rent one of the rooms for 400,- (all inclusive)
(By the way, we pay 1470,- in total per month for all)
The flat has has huge windows, extremely high ceilings (more than 4 m), is fully furnished with 2 double beds, extra mattress, kids room with bunk bed. Washing machine, dish washer, fridge, blankets, bedding, towels are here. There is a terrace, a bath tub, hummock and Internet.
Cuvrystrasse is situated right at Görlitzer Park, Wrangelstrasse, Kreuzberg, Landwehrkanal, 5 min with the bike from Treptower Park, U-Bahnhof Schlesisches Tor and S/U-Bahnhof Warschauer Strasse are nearby. Wrangel-Kiez offers vivid life. Still, it is no problem to sleep at the frontside towards the street. Cuvrystrasse is a calm side street, not much traffic going through. So its totally fine to sleep in the room facing towards the street.
The whole flat is 100 m2, offers 4 rooms, plus kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet.
We are looking for somebody who can stay the whole period, a bit shorter would be possible too.
Would fit perfectly for a whole family.
