Bright and quiet flat with and a balcony in Kreuzberg available for 1,5 months (45 days.)
The flat is surrounded by windows. The apartment is fully equipped with WiFi, washing machine, cooking utensils, expandable table, bathtub, double bed, sofa-bed, and a drawer in which I can leave some space for your clothes. Fresh sheets, bedding, and towels are included.
Pets are welcome.
The flat is situated in Kreuzberg in a quiet street on the 4th floor. 7 minutes walking from U-Bahn Mehringdamm or Möckernbrücke, and 2 minutes from the bus stop in Yorckstraße. There are many supermarkets around like NP-Markt (2 min), Rewe (3 min), and LPG Bio (6 min), as well as lots of places to eat, including Mustafa's Gemüse Kebab, which is only 6 minutes away.
Interesting areas such as Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie, and Viktoria Park are very close.
No registration ("Anmeldung").
The deposit will be paid back within 14 days after I receive the keys back. It does not cover the rent. I will deduct costs for anything missing or broken* and up to 100€ cleaning fee if the flat is not returned in a similar state as delivered.
Please be mindful that my dog lives at the house, so you might find some hair around.
Unfortunately, I don’t speak German, so all communications must be in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
