We offer our large, bright, furnished 4-room family apartment in Graefekiez, for 3 months. The whole apartment is 135m2, with 4 rooms (3 big rooms, one smaller one), making it ideal for a small family. Everything is child-safe for a baby/toddler (we have a 2-year-old.) The total price, including all bills, is €2200/month. The deposit is €2200.

The photos are unfortunately a bit of a random mix. Some of them are old, so some furniture has moved around. But hopefully they give enough sense of the size of the rooms and the layout. Viewings of course available upon request.

It is on the fifth floor and south-facing, meaning it is very bright and sunny all day, on wide streets lined with old-growth trees. (But no elevator - be warned.) The apartment has a large, long hallway and is divided in the middle by a curtain/archway. The neighbourhood is wonderful and has everything you could want/need within a few minutes walking distance: supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants, public transport, canals, parks, etc. It's 5 minutes walk to Hasenheide or the Landwehr Canal, 10 minutes bike ride to Tempelhoferfeld. Public transport-wise, it's 2 mins walk to Schönleinstrasse (U8), 5 minutes to Kottbusser Tor (U1, U3, U8), Südstern (U7) & Hermannplatz (U7, U8). The M41 bus goes to Hauptbahnhof, and leaves from a bus stop 30 seconds walk from the house.

There's a spacious living room with great views of the neighbourhood, a big sofa, floor-seating area and hammock, great for watching a film on the projector (it covers the whole wall). There's also a big desk/table, books, records, radio, sound system and guitars; plus a master bedroom with sofa and desk/standing desk. There's also a smaller bedroom with an antique 2 x 2m bed, with a door adjoining to the child-room/nursery - with a child bed, a sofa (can also fold into a bed), climbing frame, trampoline and lots of books/toys. A cot/travel cot is also potentially available.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave-oven - plus all the usual gadgets, herbs & spices for cooking at home, and an espresso machine. The bathroom has a great shower and bathtub, plus plenty of towels and toiletries (including hairdryer, iron ironing board, etc.) The child room/nursery has a changing table, a small trampoline and a climbing frame.

We work from home so there's very fast wifi (including ethernet access) & wifi boosters to get good coverage across the whole flat.
