Hey, I´m offering my apartment to rent from March 30th till May 17th.
It´s in the 4th floor. Timber piling in all rooms exept the spacious bathroom. There is a bath with shower, washing machine and a dryer. There´s one room with a veeeeryyy spacious bed for two tall Persons and of course for shortys too :) besides a big antique wooden wardrobe where you can put your stuff inside. The bright living room has two design leather sofas, chairs, a workspace, audio equipment. I like cooking so you will find everything you need in the well equipped kitchen (gas stove, pans, pots, fridge+freezer, dishwasher....). Free wifi in the whole apartment.
It´s located in Kreuzberg in the neighbourhood of "Bergmannkiez". It´s a vibrant area with lots of nice Bars, cafes, shops, galleries and a market hall. All other interesting neighborhoods of Neukölln/Kreuzberg are very close by feet/bus/bike. The old building is 2 min away from the canal where you can have a nice strall or do some running. It´s central but the street is quiet because it´s a dead end and with very beautyful old buildings. You will have 3 different subway stations in walking distance (abt 5min). The busstop is in one block distance and takes you to Neukölln within 5 min or to "Potsdamer Platz" and Mainstation. There are 2 big Parks in that area: "Tempelhofer Feld"(former Airport) and "Park am Gleisdreick". You can reach a public swimmingpool in 5min.
The rent will be for the whole period and there is a deposit of 700€ extra. It fits for a couple or 1 person. It´s my private apartment so please handle it like it´s your own, my neighbors are very friendly.
Please no partying in the apartment. Smoking is only possible in the kitchen, thank you. I´ve got a friend who will be your contact during your stay.
