ich werde kurzfristig das nächste Jahr sehr wenig in Berlin sein und vermiete daher befristet meine schöne, voll-möblierte Wohnung mitten zwischen dem Gräfe- und dem Reuterkiez.

Der Zeitraum ist ein bisschen flexibel, je nachdem wie es für euch passt. Fragt einfach nach :)

Die Wohnung ist leider nicht WG-geeignet.

Rahmendaten:
- 1290€ warm / Monat inkl. Gas / Strom usw. plus Kaution (2300 €, in Raten möglich)
- voll möbliert, ich lasse das meiste da.

Lage:
- Urbanstr., ca 3 min vom Hermannplatz entfernt
- sehr zentral und trotzdem total ruhig ist die Anbindung an die U8 und die U7 perfekt um überall in die Stadt zu kommen. Nebenan ist direkt der Gräfekiez, das Maybachufer, die Hasenheide usw. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Min auf dem Tempelhofer Feld.
- Und klar, max 5 Min zu allem was man im täglichen Leben braucht. Das ist in Kreuzberg aber jede Wohnung :)

Wohnung/Haus:
- gemütliche sanierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung, voll möbliert, NICHT WG-geeignet
- das Wohnhaus versprüht noch den Charme, der früher Kreuzberg ausgemacht hat :)
- sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen, 3. OG
- angenehme und ruhige Mieter

I will be short-term very little in Berlin the next few weeks and therefore rented for a limited time my beautiful, fully furnished apartment in the middle between the Gräfe- and the Reuterkiez. I am glad about your interest. Visits can be arranged from now on. The apartment is unfortunately not suitable for WG.

It is possible to rent these from now until about the end of November, also a shorter period is possible. Just ask :)

- Urbanstr., About 3 minutes from the Hermannplatz
- very central and still totally quiet, the connection to the U8 and the U7 is perfect to get anywhere in the city. Next door is directly the Gräfekiez, the Maybachufer, the Hasenheide etc. By bike you are in 5 minutes on the Tempelhof field.
- And sure, max 5 min to everything you need in daily life. That's in Kreuzberg every apartment :)

Flat house:
- Cozy renovated 2-room apartment, fully furnished, NOT suitable for WG
- The house still exudes the charm that made Kreuzberg earlier :)
- very quiet in the rear building, 3. OG
- pleasant and quiet tenants
