We are renting our fantastic, sunny apartment from the 17th of July 2024 to the 24th. of July 2024 for two persons or a small family. If you are interested, we would be happy to receive an email from you! As we rent the apartment legally, meaning the landlord will know that you are here, we need a copy of the passports and contact information.
I want you to know that registration is not possible.

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung vom 17.07.2024 bis zum 24.07.2024 für 2 Personen oder eine kleine Familie. Wenn Sie daran interessiert sind, würden wir uns freuen, eine E-Mail von Ihnen zu bekommen! Da wir die Wohnung rechtlich vermieten, was bedeutet das die Hausverwaltung über die Untervermietung informiert ist, benötigen wir eine Kopie der Reisepässe und Kontaktinformationen aller Personen. Eine Anmeldungen ist nicht möglich.
It is located in Kreuzberg almost in front of the Hasenheide Park. Location is only 10 minutes walking distance to the popular Weserstraße (Kreuzkölln). The closest subway-stations, 7 minutes walking, are Schönleinstraße, Hermannplatz (U8) and Südstern (U7) . The Bus stop of the M41 is at our corner, runs a 24-hours service to i. e. Potsdamer Platz (8 min) or Hauptbahnhof (15 min).

Die Wohnung liegt in Kreuzberg, in der Nähe von vor dem Hasenheide Park. Der Standort ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der beliebten Weserstraße (Kreuzkölln) entfernt, wo man viele Kneipen und Restaurants finden kann. Die nächstgelegenen U-Bahn-Stationen sind Schönleinstraße, Hermannplatz (U8) und Südstern (U7), 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bushaltestelle der M41 befindet sich an unserer Ecke die rund um die Uhr zum Potsdamer Platz (8 min) oder Hauptbahnhof (15 min) fährt.
We ask for a deposit which will be fully returned (when everything is in order, including phone bill)) 5 days after the contract is ended (also depending on your bank account). It is not allowed to make loud noises in the apartment.

Wir bitten um eine Kaution, die nach 5 Tagen am ende das Vertrag zurückgegeben wird (anhängig von Ihre Bankkonto), damit wir überprüfen können, dass alles in Ordnung ist (einschließlich Telefonrechnung). Es ist nicht erlaubt, laute Geräusche in der Wohnung machen.
