The beautiful and bright Kreuzberg apartment is available while we are away on vacation. It is fully furnished and has Altbau charm with high ceilings and Stuck.
It's on the first floor and has a small balcony which gets light in the evening. There is an elevator if needed. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. There is a second bedroom with a child bild. There is a projector in the living room so you can enjoy your favorite netflix episodes. The kitchen has a huge table and a sofa so you can cook and host with style. There is a huge bathtub for two or more people to enjoy quality time.
Please note that the apartment comes with 2 cats so please only contact if you enjoy the company of cats.
The apartment is situated between victoria park and gleisdreieck park. It's fun to jog up the Kreuzberg in the mornings or evenings and enjoy amazing views of Berlin. Its a 10 minute walk to Yorckstr. 15 minutes to Bergman street. The 140 bus stops right around the corner.
There are several supermarkets very close by and many restaurants and bars.
The total price for the whole period including utilities and internet is 1300€
There are two cats in the apartment that need love and feeding.
The kitchen is strictly vegetarian.
